Terms of Service — CuddleClub

By visiting our store and/or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.

1. Products. We do our best to show our products' colors and details accurately; slight differences may appear depending on your screen. Costumes are intended for babies and must be used under adult supervision. Do not leave a baby unattended or asleep in a costume.

2. Prices. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. Sale prices apply only while the sale is active.

3. Orders. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors. If we cancel an order after payment, you'll receive a full refund.

4. Shipping and returns. Covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these terms.

5. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, CuddleClub is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or store.

6. Changes. We may update these terms at any time. The current version is always available on this page.
