Shipping policy

Free shipping on all orders.

Processing time: orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time: 4-8 business days after shipping, depending on your location.

Where we ship: we currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Tracking: you'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. Tracking may take 24-48 hours to update.

Delays: during peak seasons (like Halloween and the holidays) carriers can experience delays outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time, email us at cuddle.club@use.startmail.com and we'll sort it out.

Wrong address: please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to update it before it ships.

Lost packages: if tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and your local post office first, then contact us and we'll help you.
