90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you and your little one to love your CuddleClub costume. If you're not 100% happy, you have 90 days from the day you receive your order to ask for a refund — no questions asked.

How to request a refund
1. Email us at cuddle.club@use.startmail.com with your order number and the subject "Refund request".
2. We'll reply within 1-2 business days with the next steps and, if a return is needed, the return address.
3. Once your request is approved (and the item is received, if a return was requested), we'll issue a full refund of the product price to your original payment method.

Good to know
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after approval. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
- If your item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, email us with a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you.
- Exchanges (for example, a different style): email us and we'll help you. The fastest way is usually to refund the original order and place a new one.
- Late or missing refunds: first check your bank account, then contact your bank. If you still haven't received it, email us at cuddle.club@use.startmail.com.
